With over 20 years of experience in the salon industry, Angela turned a lifelong dream into reality when she opened Noli Salon—a space built on the foundation of warmth, safety, and community. What began as a solo venture with just one employee has now grown into a thriving team, united by Angela’s dedication to creating a supportive and uplifting environment for both staff and guests.

Angela spent many years behind the chair, fully committed to her loyal clientele. Her passion for the industry and her desire to keep growing led her to expand her vision even further with the creation of Tooté Boutique, blending beauty, style, and self-expression under one roof.

She thrives on ensuring both her clients and team feel truly cared for, and takes great pride in maintaining a space that feels like home. Alongside her Cosmetology License, Angela also holds a Real Estate License—an example of her drive and commitment to building something of lasting value.

The name Noli is a heartfelt tribute to her first love—Cannoli, her beloved English Bulldog. When she's not at the salon or boutique, Angela enjoys spending time with her son, Oakland, and her two dogs, Tootsie and Hamilton.

With over 18 years of experience in the hair industry, Katherine Jane Cruz has built her career around passion, precision, and purpose. From a young age, she was drawn to the transformative power of beauty—driven by a desire to help others feel empowered and radiant through her artistry.

As a Master Colorist, Katherine is highly skilled in blonding, balayage, and creating vibrant, custom color. Known for her exceptional attention to detail, she carefully designs each look to suit the unique features and lifestyle of every client. With naturally curly hair herself, Katherine is also an expert in working with thick, coarse, curly, wavy, and textured hair types.

Born and raised in Brazil, Mafisa embraces the beauty of diverse cultures and channels that appreciation into her creative vision as a hairstylist. Her journey began with degrees in teaching and accounting—but it was in the U.S. where she discovered her true calling: the beauty industry.

A graduate of Empire Beauty School, Mafisa has continued to expand her education globally, attending cutting and styling courses in Australia, the U.S., and Brazil—where she became known for her signature Brazilian blow-dry. She is also certified in hair extensions through Dona Bella.

When she’s not behind the chair, Christine enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their three children, and hiking with her beloved fur babies, Byson and Chloe.

Amanda is a proud graduate of the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, where her journey in the beauty industry began. With over 10 years behind the chair and three formative years assisting top educators, she has built a strong foundation in both technical skill and client care.

Her passion for continued education has taken her to SoHo, NYC, and California, where she refined her color and cutting techniques. Amanda specializes in precision cutting, balayage, and—of course—blondes! Most recently, she completed the Hair Color Academy at KoLAB Education, where she deepened her knowledge of the science behind color. She now shares her expertise as one of our in-salon educators.

Amanda believes that self-care is often underrated—and that your hair is one of the most powerful ways to express who you are. Her approach is grounded in communication, connection, and creativity. “I want people to always leave feeling better than they did coming in. That’s when I know I did my job.”

Outside the salon, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son Julian, duaghter Liv and their lovable pup Zeus.
