Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you miss more than half of your appointment your stylist reserves the right to start their next client. If a later appointment is available you will be offered that time. If you are unable to take the time offered it will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged the cancellation fee. If you know that you are going to be late, we kindly ask that you call ahead so that we can better assess the situation.

A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations in order to avoid the cancellation fee of the full service price. Cancellations cannot be made online. They must be made by speaking with a receptionist, leaving a message on the salon voicemail or emailing us at If
the cancellation is made after the 24 hour period your stored credit card will be charged. If you do not have a credit card on file, the service fee will be added to the ticket of your next in salon service. 

Payment For Services and Products
Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Applepay and Cash are accepted.
Please note that we prefer cash, check or venmo for gratuity.

Noli Salon does not extend refunds on services rendered. Your first visit and all color changes may require multiple services based on the hair texture and/or any unknown color done and there is no way for us to know exactly how your hair will react. 

Fashion Colors: Noli Salon cannot guarantee all fashion colors will last in the hair. These colors are not intended for swimmers, sunbathers, drugstore brand shampoo/conditioners and low maintenance clients. 

If you are not pleased with your hair we welcome you to contact us immediately so that we can schedule a complementary alteration within one week of the service provided.

Products can be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the purchase date for equal or greater value. The box must be unopened and unused. After two (2) weeks, we will not be able to accept any exchanges.

Wedding & Special Events
A deposit of 50% is required when making your appointment for all wedding day/special event services. A 20% gratuity will be added to all services. Deposits are nonrefundable for appointments cancelled within 4 weeks of the event.


Personal Items
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged valuables.

Cell Phones
We require all ringers of cell phones to be silenced upon entering the salon and that necessary conversation be kept to a level that is respectful to our other guests.

Tootse Boutique Exchange Policy

We will happily accept exchanges on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags, within 10 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 10 days of the purchase date. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. All Swimwear, Lingerie, Eyeglasses, and Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
