What began as a solo venture with just one employee has now grown into a thriving team, united by Angela’s dedication to creating a supportive and uplifting environment for both staff and guests.

Angela spent many years behind the chair, fully committed to her loyal clientele. Her passion for the industry and her desire to keep growing led her to expand her vision even further with the creation of Tooté Boutique, blending beauty, style, and self-expression under one roof.

She thrives on ensuring both her clients and team feel truly cared for, and takes great pride in maintaining a space that feels like home. Alongside her Cosmetology License, Angela also holds a Real Estate License—an example of her drive and commitment to building something of lasting value.
The name Noli is a heartfelt tribute to her first love—Cannoli, her beloved English Bulldog. When she's not at the salon or boutique, Angela enjoys spending time with her son, Oakland, and her two dogs, Tootsie and Hamilton.
